Andrew Kostandin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2014, they worked as an intern at The Rubber Group where they gained valuable experience in tasks such as scanning and organizing work orders, data entry, quality control, sorting parts, and measuring rubber.

In 2016, Andrew worked as a landscaper at Studley's Flower Gardens, where they had the opportunity to engage in a wide range of duties including weeding, building gardens, and constructing patios.

From May to August 2017, they interned as a Safety Intern at Turbocam International, conducting Robotic Risk Assessments on the company's robots. This involved collecting information from various stakeholders and implementing effective safety measures.

Following this, Andrew continued their journey at Turbocam International as a Product Engineer from May 2018 onwards. In this role, they worked on multiple projects, with a specific focus on implementing a Project Data Management system for the lathe department. This undertaking involved liaising with supervisors from different departments, coordinating meetings, updating stakeholders on issues, maintaining controlled records of the transition, and updating SolidWorks drawings.

From 2015 to 2019, Andrew Kostandin attended the University of New Hampshire, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
