Modesto Figuereo

Modesto Figuereo has over 8 years of work experience in software engineering. Modesto began their career in 2013 as a .Net Developer at LABBS. In 2014, they moved to Cumbre Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi as a .Net Developer, where they were responsible for designing the software from the ground up. In 2015, they joined Instacarro.com as a Full Stack Developer, leading the development of a small team and responsible for designing and maintaining the authentication and authorization system. In 2017, they moved to Okkralabs as a Senior Full Stack Developer, leading the technical aspect of the project and collaborating with a small team of 4 developers. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Soluciones GBH as a Senior Software Engineer, where they were the team lead of the last project and tech lead of several teams. Modesto is currently employed as a Senior Software Engineer at TurboTenant.

Modesto Figuereo received their education from Universidad Dominicana O&M from 2011 to 2014, where they studied Ingeniería en Sistemas. Modesto also obtained several certifications, including a Mastering The Linux Command Line certification from LinuxAcademy.com in April 2017, a CompTIA Cloud Essentials Certification (preparation course) from LinuxAcademy.com in March 2017, a Fluidez de Duolingo en portugués: Básico (Estimado) from Duolingo in September 2016, an MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft in April 2014, and an MS: Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3 from Microsoft in April 2014.
