Ajlan Someren is currently serving as the Representative for Türk Eğitim Derneği in Izmir. As the Co-Founder of CmpsOGP - Organizational Growth Platform, Ajlan is also a Professional Coach, Trainer, and Consultant. With a background in HR and vast experience in coaching and leadership roles, Ajlan has a strong focus on personal development and positive company culture. Graduating in Chemical Engineering from Middle East Technical University, Ajlan also holds various coaching certifications from Adler Central Europe.
