Sinem Mutluer

Sinem Mutluer is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent management and analytics. Sinem currently serves as the Competency & Talent Management Team Lead at Turkish Aerospace since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Talent Placement Specialist at the same company from July 2022 to January 2023. Sinem also has previous experience at TürkTraktör, where they held various roles such as Hr Analytics, Comp. & Ben. Leader Specialist from August 2020 to August 2021, Hr Analytics, Comp. & Ben. Senior Specialist from February 2019 to August 2020, and Human Resources Talent Management Specialist from March 2017 to February 2019. Sinem began their career as a Human Resources Specialist at Enerjisa Baştent Elektrik Dağıtım A.Ş. from June 2014 to March 2017.

Sinem Mutluer obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Gazi University between 2007 and 2011. In addition to their degree, they also hold several certifications including Data Analyst NanoDegree Program from Udacity, Data Science from Codecademy, and Open Water Scuba Instructor from PADI. Sinem has also obtained certifications in Command Line and Learn SQL from Codecademy, and Microsoft Excel Essentials-Advanced from Udemy. Sinem has completed the course Mindware: Critical Thinking for the Information Age from the University of Michigan.
