Jeff Richards

Jeff Richards is a highly experienced professional in town planning, currently serving as a Senior Director at Turley since November 2014. At Turley, Jeff leads the residential team in the Bristol office, representing numerous national and regional house builders and land promoters in the South West residential market. Prior to Turley, Jeff worked at WYG Group from September 2003 to November 2014 as an Office Director, where a focus on development control and complex planning applications was established. Jeff began a career in the public sector as a Planning Officer at North Somerset Council from May 2001 to September 2003, contributing to significant projects like the Portishead Quays regeneration. Jeff holds a BA and Master's degree in Town Planning from the University of the West of England, completed in 2001.
