Katie Simpson

Katie Simpson serves as the Director of People & Culture at Turley since April 2013, leading initiatives to enhance equity, diversity, and inclusion within an employee-owned company of approximately 300 consultants across the UK and Ireland. Previous roles include HR Manager and Senior HR Advisor at Kensington Mortgages, where responsibilities encompassed standalone HR functions for a specialist financial services provider. Earlier experience includes a position as Training & Internal Communications Manager, with a focus on training design and internal communication programs at Kensington Mortgages, and as a Business Development Consultant and Mortgage Underwriter at Bank of Ireland Mortgages. Katie holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from BPP, a PG Diploma in Internal Communications from Kingston University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology from the University of Liverpool.
