Rebecca Miller

Rebecca Miller has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Rebecca currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Turn, where they have been working since 2021. Before that, they were the Director of Customer Experience at Turn from 2021 to 2023. Prior to their time at Turn, Rebecca worked at Crunchbase as a Customer Experience Manager from 2020 to 2021, and as a Customer Experience Specialist from 2016 to 2020. Rebecca also has experience at Gusto, where they served as a Quality Assurance Coordinator in 2016 and as a Customer Care representative from 2015 to 2016. Rebecca's previous roles include Team Leader and Client Services Lead at B-Stock Solutions, where they worked from 2012 to 2015. In 2011, they interned as a Small Molecule Structure Determination Co-op at Novartis Pharmaceuticals. Rebecca's earlier experience includes roles as an Academic Tutor at the Youth Development Initiative Project from 2008 to 2011, a Research Assistant at Tetraphase Pharmaceuticals in 2010, and a Science Department Co-op at Highland Park High School in 2009. Rebecca also worked as an Undergraduate Laboratory Assistant at Northeastern University from 2007 to 2009, and as a Scientific Product Specialist Intern at Cole-Parmer in 2008.

Rebecca Miller obtained a B.S. in Chemistry from Northeastern University, graduating in 2012. In November 2023, they also obtained an FCRA Advanced Certificate from PBSA.
