Sean Christie

Sean is a retired FTSE 100 CFO with special experience in M&A, finance, risk management, corporate governance, strategy and IT.

From 2006 to 2015, Sean was Finance Director of Croda International plc, a global manufacturer of speciality chemicals. Prior to joining Croda he was Finance Director of Northern Foods plc. He has also served as a non-executive director at KCOM plc, Eminate Ltd and Cherry Valley Farms Ltd.

A Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and the Association of Corporate Treasurers, Sean has extensive knowledge of finance and strategy in multi-national businesses. Sean chairs our Audit Committee and is a member of the Remuneration Committee.

Sean has held various non-executive director roles in a variety of sectors and in his early career in various finance and management roles in the food industry.
