Sheila McEwen

Sheila McEwen is a Senior System Analyst at Turning Point Community Programs since February 2018. Previously served as President at ecoFILE from January 2010 to September 2023, a Laserfiche ECM consulting firm specializing in paperless solutions. Prior to that, worked as Sr. Technical Analyst at Ray Morgan Company and as a Tech Rep at Rational Software. Holds a BSCS in Computer Science from Cal State University - Hayward and a Teaching Credential in Education from San Jose State University.
