Jamie Surman has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Evaluation & Reward Director at Turning Point HR Solutions LTD since June 2007, where responsibilities include the design and implementation of job evaluation, succession planning, talent management, pay progression, organisational pay structures, benchmarking, and equal pay audits. Prior to this role, Jamie Surman worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Inbucon from June 2005 to June 2006 and held the position of Account Manager at Lloyds Bank from 2000 to 2005. Jamie Surman holds a BA Hons in Psychology from the University of Bedfordshire, completed between 1993 and 1996.
