Kathy Kelly, MBM, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and operations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Turning Point for God, Kathy has previously held significant roles at PeopleFirst HR Solutions, LLC as an Executive People & Talent Consultant and at TuSimple as Director of Talent & People Operations and Director of Talent Acquisition. Other notable positions include Head of Global TA Enablement & Vendor Management and Head of Talent Acquisition at Lucid Motors, as well as Head of Recruiting and HR Manager at GILLIG. Kathy holds a Master's degree in Business Management with a focus on Organizational Development and Change from Azusa Pacific University and a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management in Human Resources from Colorado Christian University.
