Erin Andrew has a diverse work experience spanning various sectors and roles. Erin is currently a Senior Managing Director at Turning Rock Partners, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, Erin was a Board Member at the YMCA of Metropolitan Washington starting from 2019. Erin also served as a Fellow at Kauffman Fellows from 2015 onwards. Erin has also served as the Acting Executive Director of the National Women's Business Council and as a Senior Policy Analyst at the National Governors Association. Earlier in their career, they worked in the State of Iowa Governor's Office as a Policy Advisor and as a Campaign Manager for Michael Mauro's Secretary of State campaign in Iowa. Additionally, Erin has worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Senior Consultant and Consultant, focusing on projects related to Department of Homeland Security and Department of State.
Erin Andrew earned an M.S. degree in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University in 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Business Administration with a double major in Ethics, History, and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business in 2002. Erin Andrew completed their high school education at West Lafayette High School from 1994 to 1998.
