Erin Andrew

Erin Andrew has a diverse work experience spanning various sectors and roles. Erin is currently a Senior Managing Director at Turning Rock Partners, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, Erin was a Board Member at the YMCA of Metropolitan Washington starting from 2019. Erin also served as a Fellow at Kauffman Fellows from 2015 onwards. Erin has held multiple roles at Live Oak Bank, including SVP positions in Inclusive Small Business Lending and Government Contract M&A. Erin was a Managing Director in Government Contract Lending from 2017 to 2019. Erin has also worked at the U.S. Small Business Administration, where they held positions such as Associate Administrator and Assistant Administrator. Erin has experience in managing loan programs for small businesses and overseeing entrepreneurship initiatives. Erin has also served as the Acting Executive Director of the National Women's Business Council and as a Senior Policy Analyst at the National Governors Association. Earlier in their career, they worked in the State of Iowa Governor's Office as a Policy Advisor and as a Campaign Manager for Michael Mauro's Secretary of State campaign in Iowa. Additionally, Erin has worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Senior Consultant and Consultant, focusing on projects related to Department of Homeland Security and Department of State.

Erin Andrew earned an M.S. degree in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University in 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Business Administration with a double major in Ethics, History, and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business in 2002. Erin Andrew completed their high school education at West Lafayette High School from 1994 to 1998.
