Michelle Cooper is a seasoned HR Professional with extensive experience in Training and Development, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Learning and Development at Turning Stone Enterprises since March 2016. Previously, Michelle held various roles at Turning Stone Resort Casino from June 2004 to March 2016, including Training and Development Supervisor, where responsibilities encompassed creating targeted training programs, facilitating New Employee Orientation, and implementing specialized literacy initiatives. Early career experience includes a Human Resources Internship at Investors Bank & Trust, where contributions were made in employee benefits enrollment and orientation. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Writing/Secondary Education from St. Lawrence University.
