Shannon Wells

Shannon Wells has extensive experience in talent acquisition, human resources, and employee relations. They most recently served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Turning Stone Enterprises. Prior to that, they held positions as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Director of Human Resources at BNSF Railway. They also held leadership roles in HR as the VP of Human Resources at Plainridge Park Casino - Penn National, and as a Business Partner at Hollywood Casino Columbus - Penn National. Earlier in their career, they served as a Team Member Relations Manager at Argosy Casino Hotel and Spa - Penn National, a Senior Employee Relations Specialist at Harrahs Casino North Kansas City, and a Table Games Supervisor at Harrahs Casino.

Shannon Wells obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
