Traci Colston

Traci Colston, MBA, PHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at TurningPoint Healthcare Solutions since May 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Recruiter at Amazon and a Contract Recruiter at Wayfair, where responsibilities involved developing strategies to attract talent and managing the recruitment process for various positions. Traci also worked as a Corporate Recruiter at TrueBlue Inc., facilitating recruitment across multiple staffing firms in the U.S. Additionally, Traci served as a Recruiter in the U.S. Army from November 2011 to November 2014. Traci holds a Master of Business Administration from Post University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections, also from Post University.
