Deborah Howard

Deborah Howard, Esq., MSOD, ICF PCC, EMCC EIA is the President and Founder of Guiding Change Consulting, Inc. since November 2003. Deborah is also an Executive Coach/Facilitator at Arden Coaching and an Executive Coach at Turningpoint Leadership. Deborah is an Associate Faculty member at Leadership that Works and a Member of the NTL Institute. Deborah has also served as a Program Coordinator for the Student Coaching Program at American University MSOD Program and as a Project Director for the Law School Consortium Project. Deborah has a diverse educational background, including a J.D. from Northeastern University and an MSOD in Organization Development from American University.
