Terri McNerney

Terri McNerney is an experienced women's leadership specialist and executive coach, currently serving as a leadership team alignment expert at Inspire the Best since May 1999. In this role, McNerney has successfully coached women leaders, facilitated senior leadership teams through change, and designed numerous diversity and inclusion workshops, in addition to leading large project group facilitation and offering one-on-one executive coaching. McNerney has held various influential positions, including Managing Director at Turningpoint Leadership since 2016 and an organizational capabilities consultant at BP Amoco from 1994 to 1999. Previous experience includes HR and training management roles at Barings Asset Management and ConocoPhillips. McNerney's educational background includes an MSc in Organisational Change from Hult Ashridge and various certifications in organizational development and leadership.
