Pamela Utevska

Pamela Utevska is an experienced HR and operations leader currently serving as the Head of HR and Operations at Shortlister since December 2020. In this role, Pamela develops and implements strategies for organizational growth while overseeing global recruitment efforts and financial planning. Previous positions include Director of International Recruiting at Shortlister, where responsibilities involved building talent pipelines and managing recruitment budgets, and Technology Recruiter at Slice, where over 60 tech professionals were successfully hired. Pamela has also held roles as Recruitment Manager for Eastern Europe at Call Center International, PR Officer at Tabellarius, and Content Assistant at Tera communications mk. Education includes a Postgraduate degree in Managing Strategic Communication and Public Relations from the Institute of Communication Studies and a Bachelor's degree from the School of Journalism and Public Relations.
