Assaf Karmon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Assaf is currently the CEO & Co-Founder of Turno, formerly TurnoverBnB, a position they have held since October 2017. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Engineering at GoShare from July 2015 to July 2017. During the same period, they were also an MBA Candidate at the University of Hawai'i. Before that, Assaf worked as a Sr Software Engineer at Nokia from April 2013 to July 2015. Assaf gained experience as a Software Engineer at Conductor, Inc. from February 2010 to April 2013, and also served as a Software engineer and co-founder of the company from February 2010 to May 2012. Assaf began their career as a Software Engineer at Community Connect Inc. from October 2008 to February 2010. Prior to that, they worked as a software engineer at interactive one for an unspecified duration, up until February 2010.

Assaf Karmon completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Assaf then pursued further education and earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Hawai'i - Shidler College of Business between 2015 and 2017.
