Isadora Bortolossi has a diverse work experience. Isadora started their career in 2018 as a Professora de Artes at Escola Jardim do Sol, where they worked until June 2019. In January 2019, they transitioned into a Customer Support Specialist role at Turno, formerly TurnoverBnB, and was later promoted to Customer Support Team Lead in July 2019. Isadora continued to excel in customer support and became a Customer Support Manager in April 2021. In January 2021, they briefly worked as a QA Tester at Testlio before returning to Turno as the Head of Customer Support in June 2022.

Isadora Bortolossi pursued their education in the field of visual arts, dance, and theater. From 2012 to 2015, they attended the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande - FURG and obtained a degree in Licenciatura em Artes Visuais. Continuing their academic journey, they enrolled in the Universidade Federal de Pelotas from 2018 to 2020, where they completed a Master's degree in Artes Visuais, Dança e Teatro.
