Meghan Verschoor

Meghan Verschoor, PhD, has an extensive work experience in the field of data science, translational medicine, and quality systems. Currently, they are working at Turnstone Biologics as the Associate Director of Data Science & Management for Clinical and Translational Sciences. In this role, they lead the development and deployment of advanced analytics pipelines for translational and clinical data.

Prior to their current position, Meghan worked at Triumvira Immunologics, Inc. from 2016 to 2022. Meghan held various roles during their tenure, including Manager of Quality Systems / Data Science & Integrity and Document & Data Integrity Specialist. As a scientific writer, they were responsible for writing and reviewing scientific study reports, biostatistics, and data management. Meghan also contributed to writing regulatory documents and clinical protocols for FDA IND and Health Canada CTA applications.

Before joining Triumvira Immunologics, Meghan worked as a Medical Copywriter from 2015 to 2018, and as a Post-doctoral fellow at McMaster University from 2013 to 2015. Meghan also served as a Scientific Collaborator at Abcam Incorporated from 2010 to 2013.

In addition, Meghan has teaching experience as a Nursing Pathophysiology Teaching Assistant at McMaster University from 2009 to 2011, and as a Medical Embryology Teaching Assistant at Medical Embryology from 2006 to 2007.
