Nikolas Bryan

Nikolas Bryan's work experience begins with their current role as a Research Technician at Turnstone Biologics, which they started in February 2022. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Food Service Manager at Mapleview Cafe, where they successfully managed daily operations and handled responsibilities such as staff scheduling, training, inventory management, and customer service. In 2021, Nikolas also gained valuable experience as an Intern at NERD Bio, where they performed drug target engagement assays and developed a CRISPR tagging protocol, focusing on cell culture and transfection techniques. In 2020, they worked as an Intern at Gilman Biosciences, assisting in various biotech tasks including cell culture, Western Blots, Plasmid isolation, Mammalian cell transfection, fluorescence-based enzyme assays, and screening small molecule inhibitors for colorectal cancer.

Nikolas Bryan attended Penn State University and completed their undergraduate education in 2021, majoring in Immunology & Infectious Disease.
