Tanausu Cerdeña Hernández

Tanausu Cerdeña Hernández currently serves as the Senior Director of Engineering at Turo, overseeing the development of the world's largest car sharing marketplace since August 2022. Prior to this role, Tanausu held several positions at Directly, including Sr. Director of Product & Engineering and Director of Software Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed defining and testing web and mobile applications and facilitating Agile processes. Tanausu's experience also includes founding and leading technology initiatives at Crowdants and Geosophic, mentoring startups, and contributing to the academic field as an Assistant Professor at IE Business School. Tanausu holds a Master of Computer Applications from Universidad de La Laguna and is a PhD candidate in Physics and Computer Sciences at the same institution.
