Bryn Loeffler

Bryn Loeffler is currently the Chief of Staff at Turquoise Health. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Strategic Partnerships for Ciox Health from July 2018 to October 2021. In this role, they were responsible for developing the go-to-market strategy for Ciox's new digital retrieval offering with providers and 30 of the largest payors by market share. Bryn also partnered with all Ciox business units to grow this technology and cater to provider and health plan needs in light of market trends. Additionally, they drove alignment with internal product development, sales, marketing, and implementation teams.

During their time at Ciox, Bryn also created a provider-centric strategy and built a corresponding operations team aligned to this strategy, which fundamentally changed the way Ciox approaches audit retrievals. Bryn managed this team of 80 people and saw a 10% increase in overall chart retrievals from this team over 6 months. In addition, they developed a provider engagement strategy to improve overall chart retrievals and streamline processes across Ciox operations, Ciox sales, Ciox client success, and 3rd party providers and payors. Bryn created and executed a provider engagement pilot which led to an increase in chart retrievals across historically low-yield providers.
