Billy Sarracino

CEO at Turvo

Billy Sarracino serves as Turvo’s Chief Financial Officer. Billy brings nearly 20 years of operating, investment banking and corporate finance experience, spanning multi-billion dollar enterprises to start-ups on a variety of successful M&A and capital markets transactions, including IPOs, Follow-ons, Spin-offs, Private Placements and High Yield and Investment Grade transactions.

Prior to joining Turvo, Billy was an Executive Director at both J.P. Morgan Securities covering Diversified Industries and at Morgan Stanley in the Global Consumer Retail Investment Banking Group covering Apparel and Accessories, Food and Specialty Retail. Billy began his investment banking career in 2007 at Citi in the Global Consumer Group.

Additionally, Billy was the Manager of Corporate Finance & Treasury at Central Garden & Pet (NASDAQ: “CENT”). At CENT, Billy managed the finance team and worked across a number of corporate finance functions, including FP&A, M&A, Capital Markets, Capital Budgeting and Investor Relations.

Billy holds a B.A. in Political Science with a Specialization in Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles, as well as a MBA with a Concentration in Finance from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
