Ahmed Aly

Ahmed Aly has extensive experience in the aviation industry, holding various leadership positions in notable companies. Ahmed is currently the Chief Executive Officer of TUS Airways since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Partner of Elaim Aviation Advisory from January 2019 to March 2022.

From October 2013 to December 2018, Ahmed was the Chief Executive Officer of Nile Air, where they demonstrated their ability to lead all aspects of the airline's performance, including strategic development, commercial operations, and culture. During their tenure, Nile Air expanded its reach to 23 destinations in 7 countries and served over one million passengers.

Ahmed also gained valuable experience at Sara & Tara Aircraft Leasing Ltd, where they served as a Director from January 2016 to October 2018. Before that, they worked at Etihad Airways as Network Planning & Strategy from June 2009 to October 2013, and at Qatar Airways as a Senior Network Planning Officer from October 2007 to July 2009.

Ahmed Aly pursued their education in the field of Aerospace Engineering from 2002 to 2005 at Queen Mary University of London. Following this, they furthered their studies by completing a Master of Science degree in Air Transport Management from Cranfield University, from the year 2006 to 2007.
