Luke Hayes has extensive experience in the retail industry, having worked at Waitrose as a Team Leader from September 2007 to March 2014. Luke then transitioned to Tusker, where Luke currently holds the position of Customer Excellence Manager. Throughout their career at Tusker, Luke has also taken on roles such as Driver Support Team Leader, Customer Service Supervisor, and Customer Service Executive.
