Jessica D'Addio Phr

Jessica D'Addio, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Jessica began their career as a Cocktail Waitress at Dave & Buster's in 2008 and later worked as a Waitress at Elmwood Country Club. In 2009, Jessica held temporary positions at ISDA and Data, Inc. as a Protocol Temporary and Junior Sales Associate, respectively. Jessica then transitioned to the role of Online Sales Assistant at Bonnier Corporation.

In 2011, Jessica joined Scholastic as a Sales & Operations Analyst, where they were responsible for compiling non-monetary reports and coordinating sales and service accounting activities. Jessica then moved to DATA Inc. as a Human Resources Assistant, where they recruited and interviewed applicants and processed hiring-related paperwork.

Jessica's experience in human resources continued at Tutor.com + The Princeton Review, IAC Companies, where they served as a Human Resources Associate. In this role, they acted as a liaison between management and employees, handled employee inquiries, and analyzed and modified compensation and benefits policies.

Jessica then took on the position of Payroll Manager at Mighty Quinn's Barbeque, where they reviewed payroll information, processed new employee paperwork, and verified attendance and pay adjustments. Most recently, in 2018, they joined Tutor.com as a Marketing Associate, responsible for coordinating event details, organizing payment and registration of participants, and ensuring event logistics.

Throughout their career, Jessica has demonstrated their proficiency in various areas including event coordination, payroll management, human resources, and sales operations. Jessica'scertifications as a PHR and SHRM-CP highlight their expertise in HR practices.

Jessica D'Addio, PHR, SHRM-CP, holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management, which they obtained from Mercy College in the years 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelors degree in Marketing and Economics at the State University of New York College at Oswego from 2004 to 2008. In terms of additional certifications, Jessica obtained the PHR certification from HRCI in June 2013, and the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in May 2015.
