Mark completed their undergraduate studies in 2008. Later, in 2013, Bentley returned to MTSU to pursue a Master of Arts degree in English Language and Literature, which they completed in 2015. Moving forward, they enrolled at North Carolina State University in 2015 to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Communications Rhetoric and Digital Media. As of now, it is projected that they will complete their doctoral studies in 2024, obtaining an ABD status (All But Dissertation).
