Mykia S. has held various positions in the education and social media sectors. Mykia began their career in 2018 as a Teacher/Student at Urban Teachers. Mykia then worked as a Teacher at Uplift Education from 2018 to 2021. In 2021, they took on the role of Case Manager/Inclusion Teacher at the Dallas Independent School District. That same year, they also began working as a Race Culture and Equity Teaching Assistant at Johns Hopkins University School of Education. In 2022, they became a Senior Partnership Development Representative and Partnership Development Representative at Tutored by Teachers.
