Benjamin Wolff

Benjamin Wolff has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Benjamin has worked at TÜV Rheinland Group as the Head of Operational Excellence HR since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Mercedes-Benz AG as a Human Resources Specialist and Expatriate in Strategic HR Planning and Reporting, with a focus on digitalization and automation. Benjamin also served as a Human Resources Business Partner with digital focus at CAReer - the Top Talent Program. Before their time at Mercedes-Benz, Benjamin had internships and roles in quality management consulting, marketing communications, and human resources at EvoBus, EvoBus Nederland B.V. & EvoBus Belgium N.V, and Daimler Buses - EvoBus GmbH. Benjamin also has experience as an Information Technology Specialist at IT Service and Training Michael van den Thoorn and ZEW - Leibniz Centre for European Economic Research. Benjamin started their career as a Human Resources Administrator in the German Federal Armed Forces and worked as an au-pair in South Africa. Benjamin began their professional journey with an apprenticeship as an HR Administrator specialized in health insurance benefits at AOK Baden-Württemberg. Benjamin Wolff earned a Bachelor's Degree in International Human Resource Management and Organization from Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society in 2016. Benjamin then pursued a Master's Degree in International Human Resource Management from Newcastle University, which they completed in 2017. Prior to their higher education, Benjamin obtained a university of applied sciences entrance degree in Business from Eberhardt-Gothein-Schule in Mannheim, Germany in 2012. In addition to their formal education, they received a certification in Training of the Trainers from IHK Rheinland-Pfalz in 2015.
