Rob Salazar

Rob Salazar has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Rob currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition - U.S. at TÜV Rheinland Group, where they lead and manages the recruitment process for all vacancies in the U.S. Prior to this, Rob worked as the Talent Acquisition, Development, and Training Manager at Talen Energy, where they implemented company-wide recruitment strategies and achieved cost savings through reduced agency utilization. Rob also served as the Talent Acquisition Manager - North America at Tenaris, managing a team of recruiters and developing hiring strategies in alignment with the company's culture and values. Additionally, Rob has experience in corporate recruiting and talent acquisition in the oil and gas industry, having worked at Noble Energy and Wayne Russell Search Consultants. Throughout their career, Rob has demonstrated expertise in workforce planning, talent analytics, and developing strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Rob Salazar obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Organizational Leadership, Marketing, and Human Resources at Southern New Hampshire University from 2009 to 2014. Rob also obtained a certification in the TALENT TO VALUE PROGRAM from CEO.works in 2022.
