Roy Sherrill

Roy Sherrill is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Tuxera since May 2020, Roy previously held the position of President at Datalight from 1983 to May 2020, where Datalight focused on creating storage software for embedded devices, with notable OEM clients including Canon, Intel, Symbol, and HP. Earlier in their career, Roy worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Boeing from July 1978 to August 1986. Roy holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech, obtained between 1975 and 1978.
