Abu Swafford

Abu Swafford is an experienced network engineer and administrator currently working at Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union since September 2019, following a lengthy tenure at Cleveland Utilities from October 1999 to September 2019 where responsibilities included software and hardware deployment, help desk support, and network device installation. Swafford has extensive knowledge of MS Windows operating systems, VPNs, firewalls, and has served as an MS Active Directory and SQL Server Administrator. Prior military service includes a role as Yeoman 3rd Class in the US Navy from August 1995 to June 1999. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Management Information Systems from Tennessee State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Computer/Information Technology Administration from Cleveland State Community College.
