Anemone Hartmann

Anemone Hartmann has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Their most recent position is as a Development Project Manager at Venue Group since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a self-employed Hospitality Consultant, managing improvement projects for boutique hotels from June 2019. Anemone also worked as a Hospitality Consultant at HC Hospitality Consulting AG from April 2018 to May 2019, where they provided consultative services and project management for real estate companies. Their experience also includes working as a Business Development Manager at Florida East Coast Industries, leasing F&B spaces and overseeing construction from August 2016 to February 2018. Anemone has also gained entrepreneurial experience as the Founder of Rooms2night, a hotel booking platform, from November 2014 to December 2017. Anemone Hartmann started their education journey in 2009, completing a Preparatory Year at EHL. In 2011, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in International Hospitality Management at EHL, which they completed in 2014. In 2018, Anemone attended Boston University and obtained a Certificate in Multi-unit Restaurant Management. Additionally, in November 2019, they obtained a LEED Green Associate certification from the Green Building Certification Institute.
