Anemone Hartmann started their education journey in 2009, completing a Preparatory Year at EHL. In 2011, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in International Hospitality Management at EHL, which they completed in 2014. In 2018, Anemone attended Boston University and obtained a Certificate in Multi-unit Restaurant Management. Additionally, in November 2019, they obtained a LEED Green Associate certification from the Green Building Certification Institute.
