Hunter Holland Medders has a diverse work history in the fields of hospitality, marketing, and sales. They started their career as a Marketing Intern at Red Mountain Entertainment, where they assisted with digital marketing for concerts and events. They then worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Business Systems & Consultants, Inc., where they managed the company's CRM system and created marketing materials. Hunter also gained experience as a Digital Producer at Bham Now, where they curated content and created original articles for social media.

Hunter further expanded their marketing skills as a Marketing Coordinator at Iron City Birmingham, where they executed marketing strategies and managed digital marketing efforts for the venue and its associated departments. They also worked as a Business Office Assistant and Box Office Staff during their time at Iron City Birmingham.
