Previously held various roles in the same division, advancing from Junior Compliance Manager to Senior Compliance Specialist. Additionally, Olga participated as a Mentee at Fundacja Liderek Biznesu from May 2021 to March 2022. Educational qualifications include a Magister (Mgr) in Law from the University of Warsaw and further studies at SGH Warsaw School of Economics and IAE Orléans.
