Nancy Hohmann

Nancy Hohmann is an experienced asset manager currently working at Twain Financial Partners since September 2021. From March 2016 to September 2021, Nancy served as a Senior Housing Analyst/Asset Manager at the Community Development Administration in the City of St. Louis, focusing on housing redevelopment and construction project management. Previous positions include Director of Development & Program Administration at Lemay Housing Partnership Inc., where responsibilities encompassed grant management and property development, and Community Development Specialist at the Affordable Housing Commission, managing grants and asset compliance.
