Thomas Waterhouse has held multiple roles throughout their work experience. Thomas began their career as a Technical Writer at Tweddle Group in 2017. Prior to this, they worked as an Assistant General Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings from 2010 to 2017. From 2015 to 2016, they served as a General Manager of Operations at Lees Famous Recipe, where they effectively managed all aspects of the facility. Before this, they held the position of General Manager- Bagger Daves at Diversified Restaurant Holdings, Inc from 2012 to 2015, where they were responsible for the overall operational excellence of the restaurant.
Thomas Waterhouse attended Central Michigan University from 1996 to 1998, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Thomas then transferred to Macomb Community College and continued their studies in Business Administration and Management, General from 1998 to 2001. In 2016, Thomas obtained certifications in servesafe food and serve safe alcohol from an institution called ServSafe Certified.
