Heidi Lim

Heidi Lim has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Heidi is currently the Director of Product Ecosystem at Twelve, where they focus on turning CO2 into a resource and creating an economic incentive for carbon capture and utilization. Prior to this role, Heidi served as the Chief of Staff at Twelve. Heidi has also worked as a Product Manager on a contract basis at Carbo Culture, where they contributed to fostering healthy soils and sequestering carbon with pure biochar. In addition, Heidi has held positions at Delphix, where they worked as a Product Manager and Associate Product Manager, and at LitPick, LLC, where they served as the COO. Earlier in their career, Heidi gained experience as a Strategy and Innovation Intern at Vivint and as a Ruhr Fellow at Ruhrverband, where they conducted surveys and published a blog on leading engineering companies and German culture. Heidi also worked as a Research Intern at UCI Advanced Power and Energy Program. Overall, Heidi brings a diverse skill set and a passion for addressing environmental challenges to their work.

Heidi Lim attended Harvard University from 2010 to 2014, where they pursued Environmental Engineering as their main field of study. Heidi also completed a minor in Environmental Science and Public Policy during their time at the university. In March 2018, Heidi obtained the certification for "Cybersecurity: Managing Risk in the Information Age" from Harvard's Office of the Vice Provost for Advances in Learning, in association with HarvardX.
