Rumita Thadicaren

Rumita Thadicaren has four years of work experience. In 2014, they completed an internship at JW Marriott. In 2018, they completed a Sales and Marketing Internship at The Oberoi Group, where they performed market research and achieved leads for sales and marketing of hotel gift cards and staycation to acquire new clients. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Relationship Manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where they communicated routinely with clients to understand needs, evaluated current product use and cross-sold new products. Rumita also generated new business and referral clients in partnership with branch team and financial advisors, and planned portfolio solutions after carefully analyzing clients' financial health and future requirements. Currently, they are working as a Business Analyst at Twenty20 Systems.

Rumita Thadicaren attended Christ University, Bangalore from 2013 to 2017, earning a Bachelor of Hotel Management with a field of study in Accommodations Management. Rumita then attended the same university from 2017 to 2019, earning a Master of Business Administration with a field of study in Marketing/Marketing Management, General. Rumita is currently attending the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where they are pursuing a Master of Science in Management - Business Analytics.
