Mara Castro

Mara Castro is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and operations management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Twentyeight Health since August 2018, Mara has also held advisory roles at Ruggable and Collaborative Gain, as well as serving as an Executive Council Member. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Evolve as Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President, and a long tenure at Warby Parker, where roles included Sr. Director and Director of Customer Experience. Earlier in the career, Mara worked as a Project Associate at The Food Trust. Mara holds a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from Texas A&M University.
