Holly MacDougall

Holly MacDougall is the Director of Human Resources for TWG. Since 2017, she is responsible for organizing and directing the overall HR approach by partnering with senior level executives to ensure the optimal organizational structure, leadership, culture and talent is in place. She also supports team optimization and engagement for a dispersed employee workforce while ensuring both employees and the business are positioned to scale and prosper through periods of growth and change. She graduated from Ball State University College of Business with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. She holds both Society of Human Resource Management SHRM-CP and Human Resource Certification Institute PHR certifications.

Prior to joining TWG, Holly worked in human resources at Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine, an Indiana based neurosurgery group where she focused on talent acquisition, talent development and employee engagement. Prior to that, she worked in agency recruiting, sourcing and placing top IT talent in various markets. Holly started her HR career at Foxconn, Inc., the world's largest Taiwanese manufacturer, where she co-led the design and implementation of a new compensation structure for over 50 plant positions.
