Kendrel Bretz

Kendrel Bretz serves as the Chief Experience Officer at TWG Development. Through intradepartmental collaboration and partnership, he advocates for the centrality of the customer (both internally and externally) in every business decision.

He graduated from Indiana University in 2007 with a B.S. in Global Communications and Culture. Since joining TWG in 2013, Kendrel has held numerous positions within the organization and, therefore, is uniquely positioned to help build on the company’s legacy while moving it forward.

As the CXO, he oversees TWG’s human resources, marketing, information technologies and communications/public relations - linking the four to elevate the brand and how its communicated to the public, cultivate an environment of collaboration and innovation, and the intentional implementation of technologies and digital resources to improve the customer and employee experience
