Marc-Henri Spiess has held a variety of roles in the technology industry since 1990. Marc-Henri began their career as a Junior Account Manager at Apple, where they were in charge of four Paris Apple Centers and had expertise in PC and Networking in the Apple world. Marc-Henri was awarded in 1991 before completing military duties. From 1993-1996, they were an Account Manager at P-Ingéniérie, where they managed 30 VARs active in Networking and achieved 5M$ sales in 1996 with 105% achievement and the best company margin. From 1996-2008, they were at Cisco, where they held the roles of Account Manager, Channel Account Manager, and Global Service Manager. Marc-Henri was in charge of top 3 French Corporate Reseller Partners, drove and aligned Partner Management, and aligned Partners with internal Cisco sales teams. From 2008-2013, they were a Senior Account Manager at NTT Security, where they managed large accounts in the air and defense industry, retail, food, energy, and electronic high-tech. Marc-Henri achieved major wins in Vinci, Pernod-Ricard, CGG-Veritas, Groupe Leclerc, Amadeus, and Technicolor, and specialized in Managed Security Services, cloud solutions, and Web Security. From 2013-2016, they were a Regional Sales Manager at Zscaler Inc. From 2016-2017, they were an Account Executive at CyberArk. Finally, from 2017 to present, they have been a Co-Founder of TwicPics, where they have accelerated the delivery of web image and video content while reducing the carbon footprint of web sites for over 150 clients and 10 billion assets per month.

Marc-Henri Spiess completed a Bachelor C in Math from Louis-Le-Grand, Paris from 1981 to 1985. Marc-Henri then attended EPITA: Ecole d'Ingénieurs en Informatique from 1987 to 1990, where they earned an Ingénieur in System et Réseaux. In 2017 and 2018, they attended Institut des Futurs Souhaitables. Marc-Henri has also obtained certifications from Lafayette Plug and Play (Lafayette Plug & Play Alumni, 2019), Coursera (Créer et développer une startup technologique, 2019), and STATION F (StationF Alumni, 2017).
