Steven Gross

Steven Gross is a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker with extensive experience in sales, specializing in assisting buyers, sellers, and investors with residential homes, land, and investment properties at Twiddy & Company since September 2013. In addition to a sales role, Steven has served as an Assistant Rental Manager, focusing on conflict resolution, employee relations, rate negotiations, and guest services. Prior experience includes serving as Resort Manager at Lighthouse Resort Services from May 2010 to September 2013, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing the daily activities of the resort's amenities, including events, fitness services, food and beverage operations, and maintenance. Steven holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial Tourism from East Carolina University, earned in 2010.
