Amy Feldman

Amy Feldman currently serves as the Director of Strategic Workforce Planning at Twilio, a position held since November 2021. In this role, Amy is focused on establishing the Workforce Planning Center of Excellence through comprehensive workforce research and analytics. Previous experience includes roles as a Research Advisor at Connect33 and as a Data Scientist in Business Operations at Terminal, where Amy developed data-driven insights and advanced statistical models for global talent intelligence and location strategy. As Managing Director of Research & Analytics at BarkerGilmore LLC, Amy led the research department, providing unique insights for client development across various industries. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Statistics and Government Analytics from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, International Studies, and Spanish from Elmira College.
