Laura Bowers is a seasoned sales enablement professional with extensive experience in the technology and customer engagement sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Sales Enablement Business Partner at Twilio since July 2021, Laura has successfully executed high-impact training programs and initiatives that increased NPS scores while supporting the Flex Sales team and delivering robust trainings for North America sales. Previously, Laura held various roles at Genesys, ascending to the position of Director of Sales Strategy & Tools, where leadership and operational management were emphasized. With a background that includes roles such as Sales Enablement Manager and Sales Enablement Specialist, Laura played key roles in developing sales training programs and managing customer advocacy initiatives. Laura’s career also includes experience in management and internships in event planning and operations, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Marketing from Purdue University.
