Lee Humby

Lee Humby is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and operations within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Director of Product, Messaging, and previously as Director of Carrier Operations & Production Engineering at Twilio since April 2015, Lee has excelled in optimizing global Voice and SMS routing, managing cost and quality fluctuations, and identifying commercial opportunities. Prior to Twilio, Lee held the position of Routing Manager at Esendex, where notable achievements included managing relationships with over 40 mobile network operators, achieving significant cost savings, and expanding global network reach. Lee's career began with roles as an IT Technician at Datamove and NHS Northamptonshire, following a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography & Computation from The University of Manchester.
