Jim Estes

Jim Estes currently serves as the Manager of Elite Athlete Services for the Chevron Houston Marathon/Aramco Houston Half Marathon, where responsibilities include overseeing the Elite Athlete Program and negotiating with agents and athletes. With over 25 years in high-profile event management, Jim has also held positions as Professional Athlete Recruiter for Twin Cities In Motion and as a Board Member for USA Track & Field. Previous roles include Account Executive at TORRE Consulting Services, where strategic consulting was a focus, and Director of Events at USA Track & Field, providing oversight for national championships. Jim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from the University of Louisville, earned from 1985 to 1989.
